Cloud has completely white hair, very naturally tan skin, his eyes are strong blue colored, he is about 6ft. tall, he weighs 167lbs. he has a burn scar on his arm from a konoha shinobi he fought during his times in the Chuunin Exams, he wears a black leather long coat and black jeans with a black leather belt and there is an alligator on the buckle. He carries around a large, very sharp blade which he calls "alligator" the handle is halfway up the blade. Cloud also has a tatoo on his shoulder of a leaf burning, which he had put on him after he was burned by the konoha shinobi, so that he wouldn't forget to kill him the next time they met. Cloud also has an Alligator tatoo on his back, on his left shoulder blade, just because of his sword.(Just so you know he looks like the guy in my profile picture)

Personality:
Cloud has a very calm personality and he can keep himself collected and together when in the
middle of battle. He is a good judge of character and he usually keeps to himself and just keeps his eye on his goal, which doesn't leave him with many friends, but despite this he does work well on a team and he can adapt himself to work with his teammates abilities which results in him being chosen for many types of missions, once he has time to get to know someone, he can be very sociable There are some missions where he feels like his teammates are in the way and only once has this resulted in death, after that he likes to carry out most missions by himself as he gets the job done just the same. He is able to analyze a situation or an opponent even in the most intense part of battle and leads him and his team to victory in most situations.

Name: Water Clone Technique

The user of the jutsu creates a life sized clone of himself out of water, similar to the Shadow Clone Jutsu. This jutsu can be used for tricking an opponent, for substitution or for fighting low-class opponents. The range of the clone is limited unlike the shadow clone technique so the user must stay hidden.

The transformation jutsu is considered to be among the more difficult E-ranked techniques, since it requires constant emission of chakra while mentally maintaining the form. On top of that, the user would be, most likely, interacting with the environment. This puts much mental strain on the inexperienced ninja.

The ninja can also use the technique on another individual who was unable to avoid the attack. After forming the needed hand seals, the ninja touches the one affected to end the affect of the spell.

The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance between the user and their intended destination.

Description:This jutsu is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. Clones can be used in place of the actual person, provided that the clone is the one that performed the technique. This jutsu can't be performed without a sufficiently large body of water to supply the water for it.

Description:This jutsu will summon a large amount of water from the ground to form a wave to drench the area. Yamato used this technique along with Earth Release: Earth Flow Rampart to create a waterfall as an example of elemental chakra to Naruto. This is a close to mid-ranged technique.

Name: "Alligator"
Appearance:
The size of the blade is about 4ft. tall, , it is curved and serrated, it is made out of high class steel used for only high quality weapons, the handle is about halfway up the blade, it has three rings attached in individual holes going up the blade. The blade is extremely destructive in its nature and it has the imprint of an alligator on the handle, which was put on once he found out what the destructive nature of the sword was. (Alligator looks like the sword in my profile picture)

Origin:
Cloud always liked the idea of becoming one of the Seven Swordsmen of the Mist , he thought it would be a great honor and it would help make him a legend in his village and in other countries, he saved up his money from the missions he went on, he then went to a blacksmith with the materials, the money and his own designs, the blacksmith who he had heard of from a colleague was one of the best in the water country and had made swords for two of the seven swordsmen so he had it made and then he killed the blacksmith so that he would never make a better sword than "Alligator". After a battle, the bodies of the enemies who had been killed by Cloud and his sword looked like a pack of alligators had fed on the remains, that is the destructive nature of Alligator.

History and RP Sample:
History:
Childhood Arc: Clouds childhood wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either, he was sent to a an orphanage when he was 2 years old because of the war that was ongoing in the Water Country. While he lived at the orphanage he was always picked on by the older kids, Cloud refused to do anything for them and he always got into fights, they were broken up too early for anything to be done. When he was seven years old, he was walking through the woods, it was his birthday, he had just gotten a new toy, the biggest bully that was always giving him problems
showed up and tried to take it from him, Cloud of course said no so they stared fighting, Cloud grabbed a rock and beat the kid to death, and then some. His guardian at the orphanage went looking for them and he found Cloud and then the body. They sent him straight to Kirigakure where they knew he would fit in just fine.

Academy Arc: Cloud excelled at the Kiri academy and caught the eye of several teachers there, even then he got into fights with kids because they ridiculed for being an orphan as all of them had parents and at least one was a shinobi. Since he didn't really develop any friendships in the village, he had no problem when it was time for graduation, he graduated at the age of 12, like most and he killed the heir to one of the most powerful clans in the village. During his time as a Genin, he was like a machine and he learned many water style jutsu's and practiced his taijutsu, speed and his ninjutsu every day, he even developed basic skills for taijutsu and advanced skill for his age in kenjutsu.

Akatsuki Arc: Cloud is intrigued by Akatsuki's appearance and wants to test his skills against them but he can't do this until he becomes more skilled and developed.

Cloud was running across the water towards the meeting spot for him and the informant, he had been sent on a mission by his village to go and meet up with an informant who had information on Akatsuki for them, a couple Jonin warned him that he was only being sent because the Mizukage did not want to risk a Jonin, in case that it was actually a trap that was being set up by Akatsuki. Cloud wasn't too worried about it though, but he wouldn't be surprised if it was a trap he was walking into, these people were after all some of the most diabolical minds in the Shinobi world. Cloud got to the border after about two days of running, no rest, it was urgent and the village was informed three days prior to the meeting, Cloud wished he hadn't brought "Alligator" it used too much of his strength on long journeys, lowered his stamina, Cloud sat down at a table outside a diner, and he said to himself in loathsome words "Fuck my life, why couldn't he notice the village sooner, then I probably wouldn't even have to go on this mission." He said this very quietly however. A girl walked up to him looked at "Alligator" which was lying next to Cloud and then asked "What would you like to eat today sir?" in a very upbeat voice, probably trying to cheer him up a little, he looked up at her, he smiled, which was a very rare thing and then said "Well, I think I will have you" Cloud said in a joking voice, the girl turned very red and then laughed in a very flirty way, Cloud continued to say "I'll have the steak and fries, make the steak rare please" the girl got a little more serious but still blushed and smiling asked "What drink would you like?". "Cloud you please get me a pitcher of water?" "Of course I can" she said in a cute voice and walked off with his order, Cloud finished his meal and gave the girl a big tip,the went to go stay in a hotel and wait until he had to meet the informant the next day. Cloud woke up the next day and felt good as new, he grabbed Alligator, and left the hotel immediately to meet the informant, he had to meet at the bank of a river shaded by some trees, he got to the place ten minutes before it was time, it was in a remote area so there was no chance of observers anywhere who were there by chance. he then heard footsteps, about 50 yards away, he got up and waited, a man in a dark blue cloak was walking towards him, the message said he would be wearing that. The stranger then asked "You are the shinobi that Kiri sent?". "Yes" Cloud replied, "What is the urgent information?" he asked. "The message says, that your informant is dead" Cloud got into a solid stance instantly ready to draw Alligator, or to do anything for that matter.

"Yes that does scare you doesn't it?" the stranger said, "Well you're as good as dead no too! Lightning Style: Electromagnetic Murder!" Instantly lightning shot out of the strangers hands Cloud jumped up onto a tree, as soon as the lighting was gone Cloud started weaving hand sign and then yelled out "Water Style:Tearing Torrent Jutsu!!" Cloud then gathered water into the palm of his hand and then shot it out at high speed at the enemy, the stranger then disappeared and then appeared behind Cloud and elbowed him in the back of the neck, he then puffed into thin air, the Stranger landed on the ground and scanned the area for his opponent, Cloud burst out of the ground and slashes with his blade, tearing off the cloak, underneath the cloak was another on but black and with red clouds on it. Cloud then used Great Fireball Technique and shot a huge fireball at his enemy. He knew that wasn't the last of him though, from his right as he glanced he saw the Akatsuki member hurdling towards him with a sword of there own drawn, they then got into a blurred barrage of sword strikes, kicks and punches, "I'm impressed that you can move such a large blade this quickly! Lightning Style: Electromagnetic Murder" There was no escaping this time, the lightning attack connected, and he was electrocuted and had second degree burns, Cloud jumped onto the river and weaved hand signs so fast it was a blur he then yelled "Water Style:Water Dragon Bullet Jutsu" Instantly a huge dragon composed of water shot out of the ground, went around Cloud and then rushed at the Akatsuki member, it hit and the ground had also been changed from the sheer force of the attack, Cloud then saw him running quickly in his direction Cloud weaved hand signs again and said "Water Style: Rising Water Slice"
instantly water rushed at his enemy and then shot up out of the ground destroying everything in its path. He jumped up avoiding the attack, Cloud smirked, his enemy was getting ready for an other close quarters attack, Cloud then said "Water Style:Water Pistol Jutsu" Cloud put in a large amount of chakra and then shot out a very high powered blast of water, it hit the enemy instantly and knocked him further into the air, Cloud jumped up straight at him at high speed, his blade in hand, he then said "Later, Alligator" He then cut straight through his opponent, there was a stunned look on his face, then it turned into lightning and exploded, Cloud said "Shit" it was then drowned out by the sound of lightning, Clouds body did a free fall down from where it was in midair, chirping birds could be heard from the ground, the Akatsuki member jumped up and jabbed lightning into his chest, yelling "Chidori!" Then there was an explosion the Akatsuki member appeared out of the smoke and landed on the ground, then pieces of rock fell down, he then realized that Cloud had used a substitution jutsu to escape the finishing atack. He then yelled out, "Nice trick, I'll get you next time, hahahahahahaha!!" Cloud was jumping from tree to tree in the other direction, he had to get back to the village with this information.

You can only have 20 jutsu MAX all up and 1 A-Rank (your genin, no A-Rank) 3 B-Rank (your genin, no B-Rank) and 5 C-Rank (you can use). You can have as many D and E rank jutsu, but with all your jutsu totaled up, you can only have 20. But you can train as many C-Rank jutsu after application is accepted.
