Returning the Scroll (P - Souless and Akane)

Zamaz walked up to the counter with his wallet.He opened it just sliently enough to pull some cash out without flashing it all off. He had hundreds of worth in it, he always stayed stocked. "Umm yes one of what she ordered and i will take a small bowl of beef spice ramen please." He handed the exact cash over tto the man, he often ate here so the prices of all bowls was memorized in his head.

As they sat at the bar and the warm staeming food came to the table Zamaz began to eat slowly, seeing that akane looked starved and rady to pig out. "Well no." Said zamaz in response to akane. "I have no family. My mother was killed along time ago and my father left the village to be come a mercant. And i never really found a woman to settle with. A ninja life has to many turns to bring a spouse into it all." Zamaz was reffering to his mother and father. Ho wshe was a ninja and he was not. It had torn them away and Zamaz did ot want to this to happn to him. He didnt say this out loud but h was afraid to ever love.

"Well akane, do you have any family?" Asked Zamaz as he begun to slurp a little more of his beef ramen.

Akane's expression softened as she listened to Zamaz's story while she politely and slowly ate the bowl of ramen before her, fighting with herself as she did so. His story was almost similar to her own and she felt a connection to the Hokage, they'd both been through terrible times."I guess I've never really thought about settling down somewhere with a man," she said and looked up at the roof of the ramen stall, "I've never really thought of falling in love either. I've been wandering for the past few years and I just haven't met anyone I'd want to be with."

"But to answer your question," she paused and hung her head, "I do have a family in Kiri. My mother, father, grandmother and my little brother. My grandfather was killed by a vampire when I was ten. He was my sensei and he was the only one in my family I really trusted. I became quite distraught after that," she continued. "I gained a new sensei who I thought of as my family but he used me to achieve his selfish dreams. I eventually killed him but it hurt, it was like killing my own uncle," she teared up slightly at this. She hadn't told this story for a long time. "I was banished from my clan after I killed my sensei. I still get to see them but I can longer be a true Mitsukai. I have a seal which stops me from passing on my clan's Kekkei Genkai to my children..."

She promised herself she wouldn't cry.

Zamaz could only sit and listen to akans story. how a life she had lived did not break her down Zamaz could not guess. But she seemed stronger than normal people so he gussed she was used to the pain. But he still fel sadness for her. As he finished off his bowl of ramen he looked down to a small clock he had on his wrist. It was getting late and he really needed to get back to the office."Im so sorry to hear that Akane, but things happen to make us stronger and you seem like a nice strong woman. but anyways i hope you may be staying a while, or comeing back to visit us here in konoha? But i must take my leave, paper work."

Zamaz stood and smiled at akane."However i will be needing that robe back." He chuckled a little as waited for akane. Meanwhile the clones had finished the job and were now gone.

She looked up at Hokage and smiled, "I guess it does and who knows, maybe my clan will reconsider their decision," she said with hope. She was also pleased to hear that he would need to be leaving for paperwork, meaning no more debt for her. "I don't actually know when I'm leaving or when I'll be-able to come back," she then sadly shrugged the robe off. It really was comfortable.

"I think I won't be staying in the village that much longer," she said while standing and stretching her muscles. "But I'll be here if you ever need me." She then turned to leave but before she did so, she leaned over and gave Zamaz a small peck on the cheek, "That's to say thanks for forgiving me!" She smiled mischievously at him before sticking out her tongue.

And then she was gone, like a flash of lightning.
